Returns Policy

It is important you check the listing details prior to purchasing.  All computer screens show colours differently, so please read the description for item colour.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.).

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-3 business days).

For any order issues at all, please TEXT your message to 0415600391 for immediate assistance (phone calls can’t be answered). If you need to return an item, please text your details with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, including the order number. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please note that no personalised items can be refunded unless it is found to be our error.



Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please note that the shipping rates for most items go by dead weight, however if it is a bulky, light item, the parcel will be shipped with a cubic weight.  It is for this reason that we keep parcels as small and as secure as we can. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights under 1kg are rounded up to the nearest 500gm, and all items over 1kg will be rounded up to the next full kg.

All items are sent without a signature required, and are authorised to leave in a safe place if no one is home to take delivery of the item.  If there is no safe place to leave the item, it will be carded and taken to the nearest post office.
