School Purchasing Hub – Information & Ordering Guide

Welcome to our School Purchasing Hub — a dedicated space designed to make ordering faith-based gifts for your school and students simple, affordable, and beautifully organised.

All items are displayed at standard retail pricing, but once added to your cart, school bulk discounts will apply. Please note that a minimum of 5 units per item is required for all school orders, with bulk discounts activating automatically when 10 or more of the same item are added to your cart.

From January 15 to April 30, these bulk discounts are overridden by our Early Bird Pricing — a special offer that gives schools the best possible rate. This early ordering window helps us pre-order stock, customise items, and ensure everything arrives well before your end-of-year celebrations.

Because many of our products are personalised or sourced from specialty suppliers, most items in the School Purchasing Hub require a lead time of approximately two months. This ensures we can engrave, assemble, and prepare your order with the level of care your school deserves.If you need them earlier than two months, please email Jane directly at jane@giftedmemories.com.au to confirm availability before finalising your order.


From September through December, rush orders may be accepted, but please contact Jane first to confirm timing before placing your order.
