No personalised jewellery is refundable unless there is an error made on the part of Gifted Memories in relation to size or names. If this is the case, then Gifted Memories will correct the error as soon as humanly possible. All personalised jewellery has a 2 year workmanship warranty. This means that if your item should break due to a workmanship issue (e.g. broken clasp), Gifted Memories will replace it free of charge with the same, or like, product. (Items will not be replaced due to simple wear and tear. Bracelets that have been pulled off without undoing the clasp can result in a wire breakage that can be restrung for a small fee).

Overall beautiful product although I was disappointed that the colour of the Swarovski pearl was a significantly lighter purple colour than that shown on the website. The purple colour was so different from what was shown I admit i was actually quite disappointed especially given it was a gift where the dark purple colour chosen actually held important meaning. Otherwise a beautifully made product.

The rosary beads are beautiful and are exactly how I pictured them for my godson. However, I think it would be a great idea to have images of the medallions of saints on the purchasing page so you know exactly what medallions you will have on your rosary beads.
