This means that if your item should break due to a workmanship issue (e.g. broken clasp), Gifted Memories will replace it free of charge with the same, or like, product. (Items will not be replaced due to simple wear and tear. Bracelets that have been pulled off without undoing the clasp can result in a wire breakage that can be restrung for a small fee).

A beautiful gift delivered in a very timely fashion. I would have liked a chance, when choosing medallions and different saints etc to see them named so I knew what I was getting. Otherwise, a very pleasing keepsake gift.

The beads were beautifully made and presented and I loved that I could personalize them as they were for my dear cousin who is suffering and broken hearted after losing her daughter. Thankyou for helping me be able to choose a beautiful gift that helped her know she is loved and prayed for and is able to pray the rosary on beads with her precious daughter's name on them. Karen
